Who am I?
My name is Paul Facey. I’m the author and owner of this website and I was born in the beautiful Island of Jamaica on June 23 19xx. I now reside in the ‘garden state’ (New Jersey, USA) and I’ve lived here since 1995. I absolutely love working with computers, surfing the internet, reading and making money online. My favorite movies are the edited versions of the predator, Alien vs Predator, Mr Bean and Rocky I-V. And oh, I also love to watch the discovery channel.

What is this blog about?
Well, for starters, it’s about helping people like you troubleshoot and fix any computer problems you may face, or may have faced in the lifetime of you owning a or working with a computer. I’ts also about being safe on the internet and how to properly secure and maintain your computer for optimum performance.

After realizing my strengths and knowledge in working with computers, I decided to obtain my A+ certification from CompTIA.com (Computing Technology Industry Association) and I’ll be taking my exams next month. From there I’ll me moving on to take my CCNA exams. (More on this in the near future…)
